How it works

Online learning doesn’t mean going it alone. As you progress through the career-focused curriculum, you’ll have the support of a personal mentor, student advisor, career coach, fellow students, and more—all working to help you land your dream job.

Meet the people invested in your success
To ensure you receive the best guidance and feedback, Springboard accepts less than 10% of mentor applicants. Every mentor works in the industry with a minimum of 3-4 years experience and receives additional training before they start mentoring Springboard students. Mentors will keep you accountable and on-track every week.
